Definitely the most playful of the two twins. Tanaaria is quite the social butterfly, though can often come across as childish, or even a bit impish towards others. Yet like her twin sister Thylissa, she takes religion very seriously in matters of the light.

Appearance
A Sin’dorei woman, standing at average height and possessing a rather delightful figure; softer in physique as most magic users are, with curves in all the right places. She stands slightly shorter than her twin sister.

She possesses long blonde hair, usually kept neat and tidy in a pony-tail or bun, and the Golden eyes that have begun to appear more frequently within Blood Elves who tap into the holy light, and cleanse themselves of the demon blood they once used as a source of magic.

She has two pairs of earrings, both spaced apart at the top and bottom of her long ears. She has no tattoos currently, and bares no visible scars.

Biography
Born within the stone walls of crimson and gold of Silvermoon City. Tanaaria and her twin sister Thylissa were born into a life of luxury, that this wealthy kingdom of elves provided all their inhabitants. Her parents both highly respected, as her father was a paladin and her mother a priest. Both paths putting the family in a good ‘light’ in the eyes of their peers.

Tanaaria would often gaze in wonder at the healing powers of her mother, a Priestess of the Light. Often tagging along, whenever her mother was called to heal a wounded Outrunner, Farstrider, or the occasional wound inflicted upon her father after he did something reckless.

It was her mother’s ability to help those in need and heal wounds, that left Tanaaria determined to emulate her and become a priestess herself. Nurturing these dreams, her mother continued to bring Tanaaria along whenever she was needed to heal another. Often letting the young girl practice her healing spells alongside her mother’s own efforts.

At the age of thirteen, Tanaaria began taking trips to the Sunspire at the heart of Silvermoon City, alongside her mother. Taking formal instruction in the use of the holy light and visiting the commons for the other priests there. Not the most enthusiastic about being required to study from a spellbook for so long a time, she still found satisfaction in that her efforts made her connection to the light all the stronger.

These days of happiness in her youth, would be short lived however. Death had come to the doorstep of Quel’thalas, and a betrayal from within destroyed their defenses, The elf gates. The Scourge walked upon Silvermoon, the fallen prince of Lordaeron, Arthas Menethil leading their march of carnage towards the Sunwell. Cutting down all in his path.

It was within this hour of darkness, that Tanaaria and her sister; Thylissa, were rushed into hiding, a hidden room within their home. Her parents protecting their children as the scourge swept through the city, hordes upon hordes of the damned attacking all in their path as they continued north. Tanaaria protested, wishing to help her parents fight. Yet was forced to remain hidden by Thylissa, who reminded her they were told to hide, no matter what they heard.

It was after many hours of silence… the absence of battle. That they were found, a bloodied and worn city guard… whom had checked their home in the aftermath of the carnage, looking for survivors. To find them hidden away, and their parents dead before them. Having fallen to the scourge, slaying as many as they could in their final moments. The guard led them from the closet, granting them a moment to grieve, as Tanaaria wept in despair at the death of her parents… before leading them away to join the other survivors.

This moment, would stay with Tanaaria for many years to come. In time, her sister Thylissa became determined to have justice, and destroy the scourge in any way she could. Tanaaria tagging along with her sister the whole way, to Light’s Hope Chapel, and beyond.

In the years that followed the fall of the Lich King, Tanaaria and Thylissa remained with the Argent Crusade. Threats loomed over Azeroth year after year… each one greater than the next. It was during the invasion of the Burning Legion. In its aftermath, Thylissa looked to Lady Liadrin for guidance beyond the Crusade, determined to remain by her twin sister’s side, Tanaaria followed her back to the home she left long ago.
